Quality Assurance Program
McKellar Corporation’s Quality Assurance Program utilizes a tailored
Quality Control Plan as a comprehensive management tool to provide a
proactive, self-implementing approach for monitoring, measuring, and
improving individual and organizational effectiveness. This plan
includes specific action items designed to achieve continuous
improvement, resulting in a flexible and results-driven program that
saves Government resources while ensuring quality services. We have
experience using an ISO 9001-certified quality management system for
planning, controlling and reporting on projects, and will apply these
controls as appropriate.
Our primary objective is to establish procedures for prevention, timely
identification and correction of any substandard performance of
services, all while eliciting customer feedback to prevent the repeat
or duplication of a discrepancy. To ensure these objectives are
met, this plan encompasses “lessons learned” allowing McKellar to make
effective and timely corrections to performance variances, ensuring
metered progress toward all goals as aligned with the customer’s
Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). McKellar will
leverage our experience and lessons learned from our other contracts to
ensure that each contract-specific plan will mitigate risks and ensure
mission success.
If discrepancies occur, McKellar will evaluate the reported or
discovered problems, act on that evaluation and take appropriate
action. We will collect feedback from employees and customers,
relating to quality and performance, and evaluate the input for
applicability to program performance and success.
McKellar regularly receives exceptional ratings for quality from our
customers. Customer satisfaction in the procurement and delivery
of services is the ultimate goal of McKellar management.
